Patience Pays Off

I haven't been taking a lot of pictures lately,
and I know that people have missed the updates.
We finally had a wonderful family weekend,
and took LOTS of pictures to share with you.
Patience does pay off, and I hope you
enjoy all the pictures below.
All our love,
Johnny, Chrissy and Lauren

Just playing on our deck, with her slide,
and, of course, her bubble machine.
"Pop! Gotcha!"

Saturday we went to the playground,
it was a perfect day!
What a perfect little pose in the butterfly. :)
Future School bus driver???
No starting at the bottom of the stairs,
this girl likes a challenge!
Lele insisted her Daddy go down the slide with her...
afterwards he said, "That was painful"!
Lele wanted to swing by herself.
"Why aren't I going anywhere, Daddy?"
Lele said this was her favorite slide.
"Bobo" seemed to enjoy the ride, as well.

On Sunday afternoon we met up with our
good friends, the Dyers, at the Wilderness Trails Zoo.
Lele and Hailey had a wonderful time together
and we all enjoyed seeing all the animals.

The exotic bird display was a big hit with the girls.
Trying to get a closer look.
Getting hands on in the Petting Zoo...
with baby goats,
a baby llama,
and even a young buffalo calf.
The girls had a great time together.
Lele insisted on holding hands with Hailey.
These camels surprised us at how big they were.
AMAZING!!
"You can't see through my camflouge!"
We all know how annoying it is when you have
an itch you just can't scratch.
This bear had his own way of dealing with that.
"If you don't have a tree nearby, a fence will do!"
Momma's favorite was this donkey.
What a sweet little family of Canadian Geese.
"Everyone stay together!"
"Thanks for coming to the zoo, Hailey!
Your my bestest friend!"
